The Fender Lincoln Brewster Stratocaster: Modern Playability

The foundation of the Lincoln Brewster Signature Stratocaster is laid down by a solid ash body, which has been coated in Olympic Pearl and sealed in nitrocellulose lacquer. The maple neck has the smooth feel of a Soft V-profile while the matching fretboard offers the controlled grip of a compound radius. Add on the twenty-two medium-jumbo frets and full set of Vintage Style Locking tuners and you've got supremely comfortable and assured playability.

Active Mid-Boost

Selected by Brewster himself, this Strat is given voice by a DiMarzio® Area 61 single-coil mounted at the bridge and two Area 58 single-coils mounted in the middle and at the neck. This trio unleashes a vast array of that much-sought-after sound of the fifties and sixties, but has been wiped clean of any of the annoying hum, so you can travel smoothly 'from Nashville to Texas'. As a sweet bonus, an active mid-boost has been fitted to give the overall tone an extra push, while the Treble-Bleed circuit retains full tonal character, even at lower volume.
